It is recommended that customers use the same phone number for all orders to ensure accurate accumulation of points.

Note:

  • Points are not accumulated for discounted orders or orders containing sale items.

  • Points are not accrued for orders paid with reward points.

  • Points are not accrued for orders paid with vouchers.

  • Accumulated points have a fixed value.

  • Points are non-transferable.

  • Points are valid until December 31st of each year. Points from the previous year that are not used by December 31st will be forfeited.

  • Point accumulation is applicable only for orders placed through the official EQL website, Facebook, Instagram, and Zalo (not applicable to orders placed through third-party platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, etc.).

  • All benefits, terms, and accumulation policies are subject to change at the discretion of EQL.

  • EQL reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The final decision regarding point accrual rests with EQL.
